Personal Training:
For beginners, sessions are twice a week and run 30 minutes or less. You won’t feel the need for a separate “cardio day” after this!
Believe it or not, as your fitness level increases, you will have FEWER sessions: only once per week for 30 minutes or less.

Personal Training:
Sessions are once a week and run 60 minutes or less. You won’t feel the need for a separate “cardio day” after this!


Nutritional Advice
This is included with the personal training cost, although it is up to you if you want to take advantage of it. (If you are the type of person who has specific dietary needs, then you should see a specialist.)
PLEASE NOTE: I am not a registered dietitian, so I cannot give specific nutrition advice. However, I can give you general guidance/advice, which includes sharing what has worked for me, and supplying you with an easy-to-use food journal.
Wing Chun
Kung Fu
Aside from exercise, Steve teaches a martial art called Wing Chun Kung Fu. Sign up for one-on-one sessions, or have a family member or friend join you! Unless otherwise noted, classes last ONE HOUR.

Aside from exercise, Steve also teaches a martial art called Wing Chun Kung Fu. You can sign up for one-on-one sessions, or you can be joined by a family member or a friend. There’s also a waiting list for group classes. Unless otherwise noted, all classes last ONE HOUR.

Steve has one of the craziest schedules in the world right now. However, he could be hypothetically available at these times:

REFUND POLICY
The default rule is that there are no refunds. Having said that, Mr. Grogan understands that sometimes people can go through catastrophic events. You can always try telling him your story. However, keep in mind that it is up to Mr. Grogan to decide what constitutes a “catastrophic event,” and it is up to his discretion whether he issues a refund or not.
CANCELED LESSONS
This could be handled a few different ways. Also, please note these rules are for Personal Training only.
- If you cancel with 48 hours’ notice: You will have the ability to reschedule that session without penalty.
- If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice: You can think of that as a “lost” session. In other words, you may have paid for 4, but you will actually get only 3 because you didn’t cancel with enough notice.
- If canceling becomes a habit: Steve might decide to not offer his services to you anymore. This is true even if you always cancel with 48 hours’ notice.
START TIME/RUNNING LATE/NO SHOW
If you are running late, you must contact Steve. Some circumstances are unavoidable, but if you don’t reach out, he’ll think you’re blowing off the lesson.
- If you are more than 10 minutes late: Consider your lesson canceled. Start time goes by STEVE’s watch, not yours.
- If you are a complete no-show: Steve will reach out to figure out what happened. You have 24 hours to reply.
- If you don’t get back to him within 24 hours: The rest of your lessons are canceled. You can try again after the date of what should have been your last lesson passes.
- If you get back to him after 24 hours: He will give you another chance, but the rest of your lessons are still canceled. The new ones can’t start until after the date that should have been your last lesson.
